As a growing SME, our social value strategy focuses on enhancing international access to healthcare, supporting our local community and promoting a positive work environment for our employees and encouraging sustainable practices.

As a trusted supplier of medical innovations across ENT, dental, gynaecology and surgical fields, we’re committed to utilising our expertise and resources to support causes both locally and globally, with a special focus on health and education.
This includes donating vital equipment, essential medical care and specialised training to support global outreach programmmes, funding life-changing technology, such as our recent partnerships with two schools for the Deaf in both Ireland and the UK, and supporting initiatives that reflect our values and raising vital funds for charities close to our hearts.
A key part of this is giving our time. Every member of our team is encouraged to volunteer, with a combined total of more than 40 days allocated across the company to doing so throughout the year. For 2026 we are working with two nominated charities: Sheffield Children's Hospital Charity and Surrey Hills.
Additionally, staff-led fundraising is important to us and demonstrated by the dedication of our staff, who champion charitable causes close to their hearts through ambitious personal challenges. Our employees have successfully completed several major events, including the Berlin Marathon, the Three Peaks Challenge, and multiple triathlons, raising significant funds and awareness in the last 5 years.
To support our staff's phenomenal efforts and personal dedication, DP Medical Systems is establishing an annual budget to formally support employee-led fundraising events. This commitment ensures that for every milestone our staff achieves, whether running a marathon, completing a climb, or organising a local event, the company will financially boost their efforts.

DP Medical Systems is deeply committed to minimising our environmental footprint and achieving our Net Zero goals through a measurable strategy. Our core focus areas include decarbonising our operations and improving operational efficiency.
Our Carbon Reduction Plan is actively implemented and annually reviewed, with a continuous focus on reduction and achieving Net Zero by 2050.
This has included maximising sustainability in our supply chain, the formal launch of a new Waste Management Strategy and the introduction of internal policies to reduce electricity consumption.
Our new Travel Policy, introduced in 2026, will further optimise this and reduce our operational carbon footprint by aligning with our IS0 14001 and ISO 9001 certifications. These initiatives are integral to our operations and will be measured against our overarching target of achieving B Corp Certification in 2026.
