Please tell us a bit about your career history to date
I worked as a Sales Manager for Dolphin Mobility, this role involved selling equipment into the mobility industry, specifically Ceiling Track Hoists and Swimming Pool Hoists for Disabled People.
How long have you worked for DP Medical?
I joined the team earlier this year so I’m still a newbie really!
What does a typical day in your role at DP Medical involve?
My day-to-day work is very diverse, I spend a lot of time visiting different departments in hospitals, both looking for new business and keeping in touch with existing customers.
Sometimes I support events where DP medical are exhibiting their product range, I also carry out product demonstrations and very basic troubleshooting with customers.
What’s your favourite part of the job?
I love meeting new people and building professional relationships, my role allows me to do this, and I love it.
What makes DP Medical stand out from the crowd?
DP Medical stand out because they have a fun and supportive team, wherever you turn everyone wants you to win, everyone in the team has made settling in easy and they're always there if I have any questions.
We also have a very personal approach which sometimes can be lacking when dealing with large corporate companies.
When you’re not at work, what do you get up to in your spare time?
When I'm not at work I love spending time with my family, when I get the time, I also play Cricket and Golf.
And finally, tell us something not everyone knows about you…
Something most people wouldn't know about me - I was once pictured in OK magazine on a rollercoaster behind Ronan Keating at Thorpe Park!
