Customer survey success for our latest hamper winner
26 January 2026 James Seavers, Medical Engineering Team Leader at York Hospital, has been named DP Medical’s latest customer survey prize draw winner.
Jacob Bowers, field installation engineer at DP Medical, presented James with his prize in person – a luxury Fortnum and Mason hamper.
James was chosen at random by the team at DP Medical Systems after filling in the company’s monthly Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Said James: “It was a lovely surprise to win the hamper from filling in a customer feedback form. I filled in the form because the service I had received when new equipment was delivered was exceptional and I wanted the company to know how good their staff were.”
Jacob, said: “It was a pleasure to present James with the hamper in person. Our customer survey plays an integral part in ensuring the quality of service we deliver remains high, allowing us to shape what we do in response to the comments we receive, so a big thank you to James for filling in the questionnaire and once again, congratulations!”
