Meet the Team: Graham Judd
13 March 2026 Graham is DP Medical’s Sales Manager (South UK), based in Surbiton, but he hails from the north-east originally – and says he still has the accent, even though it’s been 24 years since he moved to London.
We caught up with Graham to talk about his role within DP Medical:
Tell us a little about your career history:
I’ve worked in healthcare for more than 20 years, mainly in medical device sales, managing sales teams – four years as a sales rep and the rest in various national product and marketing roles.
My last role was as Northern European sales leader for Gore Medical, covering 12 countries, and up to nine sales representatives and six distributors. I was there for nine and a half years, and before that I was at Ethicon (JnJ) in various roles for nine years.
Before moving into medical supplies, I worked in art, with Christies, and set up my own business publishing and selling fine art.
What does your role at DP Medical involve?
Supporting the sales team in my region to achieve commercial revenue goals, undertaking field visits, developing customer relationships, market analysis, and working with a great team.
What’s your favourite part of the job?
It must be the people! Having worked for huge blue-chip companies, DP Medical has a friendly, family feel.
When you’re not at work, what do you get up to in your spare time?
I have two boys who keep me occupied, as well as working as a volunteer youth football coach for the Metropolitan Police Youth Club, and I’m also involved in music.
And finally, tell us something not everyone knows about you…
I was once a physical training instructor and starred in a step aerobics fitness video in the 1990s for a famous soap star… copies maybe available in VHS format!
