Tell us a little about your career history:
I have more than 24 years of surgical sales experience in Northern Ireland, having previously worked in busy operating department theatres for 14 years. Over the years I have gained experience across various specialities and companies, including Richard Wolf and Karl Storz, and have developed a strong background in account management, clinical support, capital sales, and customer service. Joining DP Medical is an exciting next step in my career.
What does your role at DP Medical involve?
I am responsible for the entire product portfolio of equipment in all disciplines, including ENT, speech & language therapy, dental, gynae, surgical and airway management.
What’s your favourite part of the job?
I enjoy the variety of products offered by DP Medical across various applications and disciplines. What stands out most is the team culture – everyone is approachable, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about the work we do, and the opportunity to make a tangible difference in patient care through the solutions we offer.
When you’re not at work, what do you get up to in your spare time?
I’m a big fan of Belfast Giants Ice Hockey. We are season ticket holders and attend all the home games as a family. It’s great to meet up with other hockey family supporters and friends at the games.
Tell us something not many people will know about you:
I am a very keen roller skater in my spare time, and I’m involved in the local rink, where you will find me most Saturday mornings enjoying roller skating, instructing and meeting new people.
